Mindful Art Therapy With Ming

Feeling stressed and overwhelmed, or just need a break from the hustle of running your business?
The Foundry Cowork, together with Dr. Jane Su-Ming Lai from Sacred Circles Solutions, are hosting an interactive Mindfulness and Art Therapy session designed to help busy business owners like you unwind, refocus, and tap into your creative side.
Ming will guide you through simple breath-focused meditation techniques to calm your mind and body. Then, through art therapy, she'll help you explore what’s on your mind and let your Inner Child come out to play - no art skills required!
The workshop is designed to help you become more present, express yourself, and reconnect with the present. Pause, relax, and experience the power of mindfulness and creativity for better focus and productivity.

Location: Boardroom, The Foundry Cowork, Suite 1/86-88 Mann Street, Gosford
Tickets are $80pp and include delicious grazing boards from Salt Pig Deli, beer, wine soft drink and all art supplies.
You can also make an optional one-off donation to RU OK? Day with your ticket purchase. The Foundry Cowork will match any donations received.

Whether you want to talk business, meet new people, catch up with friends or just drink bubbles and rock out to beats, we've got you covered. This is your opportunity to hit ctrl+alt+del on your brain for a bit and have some fun.
Hosted by Laura Piccardi from Business Women Social Hub and Mel Archer from The Foundry Cowork, we'll be putting on a delicious spread of grazing boards and wine... and pairing it with some killer playlists :-)

Bingo Loco at Drifter's Wharf!

6pm onwards
Foundry Cowork members from all three locations (Erina, Gosford and Gosford Private Offices) will be hitting Drifter's Wharf for a bingo night like no other... aka the world's largest Bingo Rave!
Attendees are up for a night of bingo complete with bass rumbling Rave Rounds, petrifying lip-sync battles, dance-offs, confetti cannons and spine-chilling special effects, comedian MCs, dancers, crazy theatrics and of course thrilling prizes. Apparently, shenanigans are mandatory!
(On a side note, the previous prizes are fairly epic and have included holidays to Vegas, bathtubs, cars, 3m teddy bears, flatscreen TVs, lawnmowers and even a boat!)
When: Friday 20 September, 6pm for an 8pm start
